Responsibilities
Develop and manage project specifications for construction and engineering projects. Recommend suitable products, standards, and technical solutions. Ensure specifications align with project requirements and customer expectations. Support inclusion of ASSA ABLOY products in project tenders. Collaborate closely with sales teams to convert specifications into business opportunities. Support growth of the project specification pipeline. Drive awareness of ASSA ABLOY's complete product portfolio. Build strong relationships with architects, consultants, project management companies, and government departments. Identify upcoming projects and specification opportunities. Serve as the primary contact for specification-related discussions. Conduct product presentations, seminars, and training sessions. Promote ASSA ABLOY solutions among design firms and consultants. Increase adoption of Openings Studio and other digital tools. Maintain specification records and project documentation. Update project information in CRM systems. Track project progress and provide regular management updates. Gather market intelligence and competitor insights.
Requirements
Engineering Degree/ Diploma in Mechanical stream or Related discipline. Familiarity with REVIT or CAD programs. 1 – 3 years of relevant experience in a similar industry. Strong customer focus. Good analytical skills. Strong drive to deliver high growth. Good relationship building and communication skills. Good knowledge of MS Excel and PowerPoint. Ability to make effective conversations with project owners/architects/Project Management Consultants. Ability to learn industry-specific software such as AAOS etc. Functional understanding of project business in the building materials industry. Should be willing to Travel excessively in assigned territory.
