Associate Software Engineer

Cornerstone (CSOD), a global leader in people development and learning software, is hiring campus freshers to design and deliver solutions that scale for some of the world's largest organizations. As a Junior Software Engineer you will design and deliver solutions that scale, working in an agile framework focused on development sprints and regular release cycles where you own the complete feature story, from analysis to delivery.

Conduct detailed analysis of defined specifications. Develop and document designs that meet applicable standards. Write code, unit tests and perform testing and debugging of moderately complex features. Identify, analyze and resolve moderately complex software issues. Participate in team code review sessions and design discussions.

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related engineering field. Campus recruit with a strong 'want to learn a lot' mindset. Solid Java / Kotlin (or Objective C / Swift) skills. Strong Spring fundamentals. Good problem solving and communication skills.
