Responsibilities
- Provide technical support to Salesforce customers and resolve product issues.\n- Troubleshoot and diagnose problems across Salesforce products and features.\n- Work with engineering and product teams to escalate and resolve complex cases.\n- Document solutions and contribute to the knowledge base.\n- Deliver an excellent customer experience while meeting service expectations.
Requirements
B.E / B.Tech or degree (CS/IT preferred), strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills, good written and verbal communication skills, interest in cloud technologies and customer support.
