Automation Testing Engineer

Capgemini is actively hiring experienced Automation Testing professionals for multiple openings across Bangalore and Pune. The company is seeking passionate QA professionals who enjoy building scalable automation frameworks, improving software quality, and working on enterprise-level digital transformation projects. Selected candidates will design, develop, and execute automation frameworks while collaborating with global engineering teams to deliver high-quality software solutions. This role provides exposure to modern testing technologies, Agile delivery models, cloud-based applications, CI/CD pipelines, and enterprise automation frameworks.

Design scalable automation frameworks. Develop reusable automation scripts. Execute regression, smoke, sanity, and functional testing. Perform API testing and service validation. Integrate automation suites into CI/CD pipelines. Review business requirements and prepare automation strategies. Collaborate with developers, architects, and product owners. Analyze failures and report defects through JIRA. Participate in Agile sprint ceremonies. Improve automation coverage and execution efficiency. Support production deployments and release validation. Ensure high software quality standards across projects.
