Capgemini Hiring QA & SDET – Multiple Testing Openings

Capgemini is hiring experienced QA and SDET professionals for multiple testing roles through employee referrals. Open positions include Test Automation Engineer (Playwright), SDET (Selenium Java), Performance Test Engineer, Selenium Java Automation Engineer, Java SDET, and Salesforce Tester. Candidates will work on automation frameworks, API testing, performance testing, and Salesforce validation across various projects.

Design, develop, and maintain automation frameworks using Playwright or Selenium. Build API automation suites using Rest Assured. Develop and execute functional, regression, smoke, integration, and end‑to‑end test cases. Perform performance and load testing using enterprise tools. Validate Salesforce applications and workflows. Collaborate with developers, business analysts, and DevOps teams. Execute CI/CD‑integrated automated test suites. Conduct defect tracking and root cause analysis. Participate in sprint planning, backlog grooming, and Agile ceremonies. Improve automation coverage and testing efficiency.

Experience in Software Testing, Automation (Playwright, Selenium), Java, API Testing (Rest Assured), Performance Testing (JMeter/LoadRunner), Salesforce Testing, SQL, CI/CD, Git, and Agile methodologies. Preferred candidates include Automation Test Engineers, SDET Engineers, Performance Test Engineers, Salesforce Testers, and immediate joiners.
