The selected candidates will be responsible for preparing test cases, executing manual and automated tests, documenting results, identifying defects, and collaborating with the QA team to ensure high-quality software releases. Following the complete software testing lifecycle based on project requirements. Adhering to Casepoint's testing procedures and quality standards. Preparing test scripts and test cases under the guidance of the Test Lead. Executing manual and automated test cases according to defined plans. Performing functional validation and software testing activities. Recording test execution results accurately. Identifying, documenting, and reporting software defects. Following established bug reporting procedures. Providing daily progress updates to the reporting manager. Ensuring repeatable testing processes with proper documentation.

0.6 to 3 years of experience in Software Testing. Good understanding of the Software Testing Life Cycle (STLC). Knowledge of Bug Tracking and Bug Reporting processes. Experience in generating Test Cases and Test Scenarios. Strong documentation skills. Hands-on exposure to automation tools such as Selenium, JMeter, and LoadRunner. Good analytical and problem-solving abilities. Strong communication and teamwork skills.
