Graduate Engineering Trainee

Lennox is hiring Mechanical Engineering graduates for a Graduate Engineering Trainee role in Chennai. The position involves working on design development, cost reduction, and product engineering in a global HVACR company.

Identify and implement cost-reduction ideas. Create and manage project plans. Prepare business cases. Develop concept designs for sheet metal and plastics. Perform analysis using DFMEA, RCA, and risk analysis. Manage design verification and test plans.

B.E / B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering. Understanding of mechanical design concepts. Exposure to DFMEA and RCA. Strong analytical, project management, and communication skills. Willingness to work cross-functionally.
