As a Graduate Trainee Engineer you will learn the engineering practices adopted in the organisation and quickly settle into industry ways of working. During the training window you will be assigned mentors who incrementally assess your capability as you build a solid understanding of the software development lifecycle and strengthen a specific skill set.
