NTT DATA off Campus Job Opportunity is hiring for the post of Helpdesk Associate. Candidates from various disciplines can apply for NTT DATA. The role involves providing IT Support Desk support to end-users for various IT devices, applications, or processes. They also record, update, track, and escalate support tickets to the appropriate teams when necessary. Assist with IT onboarding activities for new employees, including account setup and device configuration. Collaborate with internal IT teams on system testing, maintenance, and integration projects. Explore and recommend new IT tools and technologies to improve business operations. Identify opportunities for process improvements and support the implementation of technology enhancements. Continuously learn new IT systems and contribute to different areas of IT support as required.
Responsibilities
1. Provide first-level IT Service Desk support to end users for software, hardware, applications, and IT-related issues.
2. Record, update, track, and escalate support tickets to the appropriate teams when necessary.
