Junior Engineer & Junior Intern

Cornerstone is hiring Junior Engineer – Intern & Junior Engineer – Full Stack Developer to work on AI-powered workforce platforms and cloud applications. Candidates will gain hands-on experience in software testing & automation (Intern role) and cloud-based full stack development (Developer role). This role is ideal for candidates interested in software testing, automation, cloud engineering, and full stack development careers.

For Junior Engineer – Intern (QA): Develop and execute automated test scripts; Identify, analyze, and report software bugs; Work with development teams on test strategies; Maintain test data, environments, and documentation; Improve automation processes and tools. For Junior Engineer – Full Stack Developer: Design and develop cloud-native applications; Work with React, Node.js, TypeScript, Java/.NET; Build scalable solutions using AWS services; Implement CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices; Optimize performance and ensure security compliance.

Programming knowledge (Java / Python / JavaScript); Understanding of SDLC and Agile methodology; Problem-solving and analytical skills; Good communication and teamwork.
