QA Engineer (Manual Testing with Automation Exposure)

Team Computers is looking for a motivated QA Engineer who possesses strong Manual Testing skills and basic to intermediate exposure to Automation Testing. Analyze business requirements and functional specifications to understand testing needs. Design, create, and execute comprehensive test cases and test scenarios. Perform Functional Testing to validate software functionality against requirements. Conduct Regression Testing to ensure existing features continue to work after enhancements. Execute Smoke Testing before deployments and releases. Perform Integration Testing to validate interactions between multiple systems and modules. Identify, document, prioritize, and track software defects. Collaborate with developers to troubleshoot and resolve issues efficiently. Validate bug fixes and perform re-testing activities. Maintain detailed test execution reports and quality metrics. Participate in requirement reviews and sprint planning discussions. Support release testing and deployment validation activities. Contribute to process improvements and quality assurance best practices. Gain exposure to automation frameworks and automated test execution processes.

Strong expertise in Manual Testing methodologies and software quality assurance practices. Solid understanding of industry-standard testing frameworks and methodologies. Basic to intermediate exposure to Automation Testing concepts. Selenium WebDriver exposure preferred. Strong communication and analytical abilities.
