QA Test Engineer

Square Bits is looking for enthusiastic QA professionals who are passionate about delivering high-quality software solutions through effective testing practices. As a QA Test Engineer, you will work closely with developers, business analysts, and product teams to ensure that applications meet functional and quality standards before reaching customers. This role offers an excellent opportunity to enhance your expertise in Manual Testing while also gaining valuable experience in Automation Testing using Selenium. You will participate throughout the Software Development Life Cycle, helping identify defects early, improving software reliability, and contributing to continuous quality improvements.

Understand business requirements and functional specifications. Prepare detailed test plans, test scenarios, and test cases. Execute Manual Testing across web applications. Perform Functional, Regression, Smoke, and Sanity Testing. Identify, document, and track software defects using Jira. Validate bug fixes and perform regression testing. Assist in developing and maintaining Selenium automation scripts. Collaborate closely with developers to resolve issues. Participate in sprint planning, reviews, and Agile ceremonies. Ensure software quality before production releases. Maintain testing documentation and execution reports. Contribute to process improvements and quality initiatives.
