Microsoft is hiring a Sales Apprentice for freshers. This 12-month program provides hands-on exposure to commercial deal development, market analysis, and data-driven sales landing strategies at a global scale.
Responsibilities
Support deal development by collaborating with customers and internal teams to prepare structured commercial proposals; Learn Microsoft products, licensing models, and industry trends to contribute to sales discussions and customer solutions; Coordinate with cross-functional teams and account managers to ensure smooth execution of sales plans; Assist in business analysis by working with sales data and preparing reports to support strategic decision-making; Ensure compliance with company policies, licensing guidelines, and regulatory requirements; Participate in commercial planning and operational activities; Help identify opportunities to improve sales processes and customer engagement; Maintain accurate documentation and support internal stakeholders throughout the sales lifecycle.
