Perform root cause analysis and issue resolution. Escalate unresolved incidents to appropriate teams. Follow incidents through closure and recovery. Support enterprise security technologies and environments. Assist in monitoring firewalls and security controls. Support IPS (Intrusion Prevention Systems) activities. Assist with IDS (Intrusion Detection Systems) monitoring. Contribute to proxy security management processes. Ensure protection against unauthorized access and changes. Maintain configuration item (CI) records. Ensure secure and accurate configuration management. Track infrastructure assets and components. Support change management procedures. Maintain current system documentation. Perform scheduled maintenance activities. Assist with preventative security measures. Identify potential risks before they impact operations. Support knowledge base updates and improvements. Contribute to continuous service enhancement initiatives.
