Specialist – Quality Engineering

Design and Enhance Automation Frameworks: Build scalable and maintainable automation frameworks. Improve existing testing solutions and automation strategies. Ensure frameworks support continuous testing and rapid releases. Develop Automation Scripts: Create robust automation scripts using BDD methodologies. Develop reusable test components and libraries. Maintain automation test suites and improve coverage. CI/CD Integration: Integrate automation testing into Jenkins pipelines. Enable automated execution of tests during builds and deployments. Support integration and continuous delivery practices. Performance Testing: Design and execute performance test scripts. Integrate performance testing into build pipelines. Analyze application performance and identify bottlenecks. Manual Testing Support: Perform manual testing activities when required. Validate new features and support exploratory testing. Product Planning and Estimation: Participate in product breakdown sessions. Contribute to effort estimation and release planning. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions.

Have 7+ years of experience in Software Testing and Automation. Possess strong expertise in Selenium and BDD frameworks. Have hands-on experience with Java and automation framework design. Understand DevOps and CI/CD practices. Are experienced in performance testing using JMeter. Enjoy solving complex quality engineering challenges. Can collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. Are passionate about improving software quality and delivery speed.
