Responsibilities
Monitor and manage ETL workflows. Write and optimize SQL queries. Monitor scheduled production jobs. Troubleshoot application issues. Resolve incidents within SLA timelines. Coordinate with development and infrastructure teams. Analyze root causes of production issues. Track support tickets and customer requests. Update stakeholders on issue resolution. Make small enhancements to Tableau or Power BI dashboards.
