The job involves data scientist/analyst role with emphasis on creating evaluation strategies, refining AI responses, peer code reviews, cross-functional collaboration, and integrating new tools.

Design evaluation strategies for model alignment. Refine AI responses for clarity and accuracy. Conduct peer code reviews. Collaborate with cross-functional teams. Explore new tools and methodologies. Evaluate and rank AI responses. Develop explanations for evaluations.

Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science. Strong data analysis and business sense. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
