HR Executive

The primary responsibility of this role is end-to-end recruitment for IT and Non-IT positions. Selected candidates will also gain exposure to Employee Engagement Activities, HR Operations, Onboarding & Induction Programs, Strategic HR Initiatives, Stakeholder Management, HR Reporting & MIS, and Employer Branding Activities.

Manage end-to-end recruitment activities for IT and Non-IT positions. Source candidates through LinkedIn, Indeed, and other job portals. Screen resumes and conduct preliminary interviews. Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and stakeholders. Maintain recruitment trackers, reports, and MIS data. Manage candidate communication throughout the hiring process. Participate in onboarding and induction activities. Support employee engagement and HR operations initiatives. Build and maintain talent pipelines for future hiring requirements. Ensure a positive candidate experience during the recruitment lifecycle.

End-to-End Recruitment experience required. IT Recruitment is Mandatory. Non-IT Recruitment is Preferred. Proficiency in LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, Naukri Resdex (Preferred), MS Excel, Google Sheets, and HRMS Platforms.
