The hybrid role (3 days office per week) is open to candidates with 0‑6 months of experience, preferably immediate joiners or those on a notice period up to 7 days. You will be responsible for end‑to‑end recruitment, including candidate sourcing, resume screening, interview coordination, stakeholder communication, and learning to use recruitment tools and ATS. The position offers a salary of ‴4‑5 LPA and exposure to experienced HR professionals, helping you build strong communication and relationship‑building skills.
